Earthquake's Garlic Guac

This one's for the dipper, the party host, or just the Guacamole LOVER! when I tell you this spiced up Guacamole will be the BEST you've ever had, please know, that is no exaggeration. This recipe is the perfect balance between the refreshing creaminess of avocados, the recognizable taste of black garlic, and the flavorful kick of habanero and jalapeño peppers

Ingredients: 

3 large Avocados 

Half a large red onion 

Half a beefsteak tomato

2 large Jalapeño Peppers (remove seeds for less heat) 

½ oz (or Half a Handful) of Fresh Cilantro (because a hand is a GREAT Unit of measurement) 

1 lime 

½ tsp chili powder

½ tsp garlic powder

½ tsp crushed red pepper

seasoning from Earthquake Spices 

1½ Tbsp of "Death by Garlic"  

**salt and pepper to taste 

1) Half Avocados and remove seed, remove the flesh from rind. Chop or mash avocados in a large mixing bowl. Chop red onion, tomato and Jalapeño Peppers to desired size and add to bowl. (We like chunky avocados in our Guac so I slice them and Gently Stir, Avocados are creamy so they will easily mash with light stirring, if you prefer a less chunky guacamole then mash avocados before adding in other produce) 

2) Finely dice fresh cilantro, add to bowl with avocados

3) Add dried spices to dish, Squeeze 1 lime over the guacamole and incorporate 

4) Chill Guacamole for at least 3-4 hours to allow flavors to well distribute! 

This WILL BE a TRUE crowd pleaser!
